We need:

Hair Stylist / Colourist

Part time / Full time / Freelancer

Qualifications & Experience

Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
Minimum 3 years in salon experience is essential (5 years desirable)

We are looking for:

Passionate and talented stylists with attention to detail
Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills offering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated individual interested in growing professionally and personally
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date with latest trends

Main responsibilities:

Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and styling
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Upsell salon products and services to clients
Mentor and train junior stylists
Assist with front desk duties as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

Winchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
